St Aidan's Hall, 20 Williamson Ave, Strathmore VIC 3041, Australia
FAILURE IS AN OPTION… As dignitaries crowd in the foyer, stormclouds gather above the gothic facade of Varkenbluff Museum. Across the street, a cloaked figure watches with deep foreboding, convinced that only she understands the terrible danger soon to be borne upon the city.

Misadventure Wednesdays

Sort 1-3-week role-play stories from various Game Masters.  Classic dungeon crawls, heists, power plays, mysteries.  Book a seat for a week or three and enjoy.

This is a great way to dip your toes into playing and GMing.  Or maybe life is just too busy for a long-form campaign.

GMs Needed!

Have an idea for a short roleplay story?

What to experiment with a new system?

To busy for a long campaign (I am).

Then book a table to run a Misadventure.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm not a Christian - does that matter?

Not at all.  MOG is open to all.  Neither will there be any hard sell on Christianity or coming to church.  This is about building community and friendships.

Is St Aidan's and MOG inclusive?

Absolutely.  St Aidan's is actively breaking down barriers that many churches keep putting back up.  You can read our Diversity and Inclusivity Statement here and our belief on inclusivity here.

We have gender-inclusive toilets connected to the hall.

I am sound-sensitive.  What is the hall like?

Unfortunately, the hall has a fair bit of reverb. So, if you are sound-sensitive (like me), feel free to wear loops or headphones. We are all spicy here, even your host, so sound-treating our hall is something we have planned for this year.

Are these events catered?

No, all events are BYO drinks and snacks.  Some 18+ social events may allow byo alcohol -  see the event details for confirmation.

Are MOG events free?

Yes, however, we ask that you contribute a donation if you are financially comfortable to do so.  It helps to keep the lights on.

More details to come.

I have other questions.

Awesome.  You can contact me (Glen) here, or shoot me a message on the Northern Crit discord server.
